KUANTAN, Oct 13 — The Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) and Malaysian University English Test (MUET) examinations in Pahang will proceed as scheduled despite the haze.
In a statement, the Pahang State Education Department (JPN) said the examinations would be conducted in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety measures in force.
“Students attending school, including those sitting for ongoing examinations, are encouraged to wear face masks to protect their health,” it said.
Candidates and examination personnel were advised to refer to their schools, examination centres and the department’s official channels for further notifications and instructions.
