KUALA LUMPUR: TXCD Bhd's indirect wholly owned subsidiary Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd has received a letter of award for structure (LOA) from Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd (VRSB) for sub-contract works in Kuala Lumpur worth RM110 million.
The sub-contract works is to construct and complete the structure works for one block of the Sovo Commercial Development located at Section 44, Kuala Lumpur.
The company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the sub-contract period shall commence today and be completed on Dec 31, 2028.
The LOA is expected to contribute positively to the group's future earnings, earnings per share and consolidated net assets of the group, it added.
