MOTUL is expanding its technical partnership with McLaren Racing to cover both Formula 1 and the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).
It is supplying lubricants for McLaren's F1 car from this season and its WEC Hypercar programme from 2027.
The partnership builds on more than a decade of collaboration between the two companies across GT3 racing programmes.
Since the start of the 2026 F1 season, Motul has supplied gearbox and differential lubricant for McLaren's MCL40.
Motul said its research and development teams in France and Japan spent nine months working with McLaren to develop a lubricant specifically for the car's gearbox and differential.
