KUALA LUMPUR: Amidst a buzz of rumours claiming they had made their relationship official, singer and celebrity chef Datuk Fazley Yaakob has denied that he is engaged to cosmetics entrepreneur Datuk Seri Vida.
According to Fazley, 47, the claims stem from a social media prank played by Datuk Seri Vida's content team.
"DSV's team was just teasing the netizens—we aren't engaged yet," he said in a news report yesterday.
But Fazley did not deny that their relationship is growing more serious as they spend more time together.
While they are still in the process of getting to know each other, he confirmed that there are plans to take things further.
