SEPANG: Fred Vasseur has made it clear that Ferrari must remain united as speculation continues to swirl around his future at the Italian team.

Persistent rumours link former Red Bull team principal Christian Horner with a possible move to Maranello.

The speculation has gained attention amid questions over Ferrari's leadership structure and its struggles to maintain consistency at the front of the Formula 1 field.

Team principal Vasseur, however, refused to single out individuals or suggest that changes to the leadership structure were necessary, stressing the importance of collective responsibility as Ferrari seeks to return to winning form.

"In the good moments, we are winning as a team. In the bad moments, we are suffering as a team, and I don't want to speak about a single individual or whatever," Vasseur said.
