KUCHING: Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) information chief Datuk Seri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah has not ruled out defending his Asajaya seat in the coming Sarawak election.
The 66-year-old, who is also state tourism, creative industry and performing arts minister, said he believed the party might still need him given the responsibilities entrusted to him.
"So far, there has been no feedback telling me that I will be renominated or otherwise, but I can feel that I may still be needed.
"If not, there would surely be indications, or I would no longer be brought along for certain matters and would not be given specific responsibilities," he said at a press conference for the Sarawak Expo 2026.
