Kuantan police said there were bloody scratch marks on the victim’s forehead, but no other injuries indicating foul play were found.KUANTAN: The body of an unidentified woman was found snagged on a fishing net buoy line in the Kuantan river near Jalan Besar here today.
Kuantan police chief Ashari Abu Samah said the body was that of a woman in her 30s, clad in a red shirt and white shorts with black patterns.
“Further checks revealed bloody scratch marks on the victim's forehead, but no other injuries indicating foul play were found,” he said in a statement today.
