KUCHING: Despite the controversy surrounding him, Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain is carrying out his duties as Malaysia Border Control and Protection Agency (MCBA) director-general.
He visited Sarawak today, specifically to inspect several strategic locations along the Malaysia-Indonesia border in the Serian-Tebedu sector.
MCBA, in a social media post, said the visit was aimed at assessing operational readiness and strengthening security controls along the country's borders.
During the brief visit, Shuhaily, who resumed duties on Monday, went to the Bunan Gega border control post and the General Operations Force (GOF) control post in Mongkos.
