PETALING JAYA: Nestcon Bhd, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM161 million contract from B.U. Developments Sdn Bhd to undertake the construction of a 36-storey serviced apartment block in Bandar Baru Ulu Kelang, Gombak, Selangor.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the construction group said its subsidiary accepted the letter of award on Nov 6, 2026, for the main building works on a project located at Lot PT5843, Seksyen 2.
The construction works commenced on Nov 2, 2026, with an overall completion period of 34 months, ending Sept 1, 2029.
The contract also carries a 30-month defect liability period from the date stated in the certificate of practical completion.
