KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) will scrutinise witness statements, CCTV footage and other evidence before deciding what further action should be taken over allegations that Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) director-general Shuhaily Zain assaulted two policemen.
Attorney-General Dusuki Mokhtar said this in a text message, responding to questions about the investigation paper which the police are expected to submit to the AGC today.
"The AGC will examine every aspect of the investigation before any further action can be taken in the case," he said.
