KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 6 (Bernama) -- Malaysia will harness its chairmanship and role as host of the 28th Sub-Regional Ministerial Steering Committee (MSC) meeting next year to strengthen ASEAN solidarity and shared responsibility in tackling transboundary haze.
