KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 14 — Educational institutions under the Ministry of Education (MOE) in Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Pahang will reopen tomorrow.
The Selangor State Education Department said school operations in the state will prioritise the safety, health and well-being of pupils and school staff.
“Pupils are encouraged to wear face masks as a precaution. Parents or guardians who are concerned about their children’s health amid the haze may choose not to send them to school.
“However, they must notify the school if their children will be absent,” it said in a statement today.
