Saiful Anuar Abdul Aziz was charged at the Ampang magistrates’ court under Section 354 of the Penal Code.PETALING JAYA: An architect has claimed trial at the Ampang magistrates’ court to a charge of molesting the son of a senior police officer at a gymnasium in Melawati.
Saiful Anuar Abdul Aziz, 61, pleaded not guilty when the charge was read to him before magistrate Siti Nurul Ain Arifin.
He is accused of using criminal force against the 18-year-old victim by touching several parts of his body with the intention of outraging his modesty, Berita Harian reported.
The offence was allegedly committed at 7.10pm on Oct 18 in a sauna room at a gymnasium in a shopping mall.
