PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Harapan is still keen on forging an alliance with Barisan Nasional for the upcoming Melaka polls, contrary to claims the coalition had ruled out a pact with the latter.
PH election director Amirudin Shari said the coalition was prioritising winning the election, political stability and the people’s interest when negotiating electoral pacts.
He added that the “door is still open” and that the coalition held talks "with everybody".
“Now there are two other major coalitions, BN and Perikatan Nasional, and parties like Bersatu. It is still an open game,” he told reporters after attending the opening of Sunway Medical Centre Damansara, here.
