KUALA LUMPUR: Manchester City have been accused of "financial doping", leading to some Manchester United fans clamouring for their cross-town rivals to be stripped of Premier League titles and rightfully returned to the Red Devils or other teams.

Giggs, who is in Kuala Lumpur for the Allstars Legends match at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre, described the Financial Fair Play charges against City as unprecedented and that nobody truly knows what will happen to his "noisy neigbours".
Giggs said the football world remains in uncharted waters regarding the 115 Premier League charges against City over alleged breaches of financial regulations between 2009 and 2018.
