KUALA LUMPUR: Independent mixed doubles pair Hoo Pang Ron-Lai Pei Jing booked their second World Tour final of the season after clearing their French Open semi-final on Saturday.
The world No. 31 overcame China's world No. 6 Guo Xin Wa–Chen Fang Hui 21-13, 21-9 at Arena Grand Paris.
Pang Ron-Pei Jing had reached their maiden World Tour final together at the China Masters last month, finishing runners-up to China's Feng Yan Zhe-Huang Dong Ping, before making the Denmark Open semi-finals last week.
They will face either Yan Zhe-Dong Ping or France's Thom Gicquel-Delphine Delrue in Sunday's final.
