PETALING JAYA: Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM) is placing sustainability and human-centred learning at the heart of its digital transformation, earning recognition at the National Tech Association of Malaysia (Pikom) Digital Excellence Awards.
UPTM won under the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) category on the unified smart campus.
This recognises its approach to integrating digitalisation with environmental and social considerations across the university.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Sharifah Syahirah Sy Shiekh said the recognition affirmed UPTM's efforts to use technology meaningfully rather than simply introducing digital systems.
