KUALA LUMPUR: Pakatan Harapan is maintaining its decision to contest 21 seats in the Melaka election for now, with any changes subject to a final decision by the coalition's top leadership.
PH communications director Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil said the coalition will concentrate on the seats that have already been announced.
"We have announced 21 seats. If there are any changes, we leave it to the leadership to announce," he told reporters at a Deepavali contribution event for the Lembah Pantai parliamentary constituency at IWK Eco Park @ Pantai Dalam tonight.
Fahmi said PH will evaluate its participation in the state polls based on its own capacity and capabilities, taking into account strategic and tactical considerations.
