Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has directed Rapid KL and the Transport Ministry to promptly address recurring passenger overcrowding on trains.

Anwar, in a statement on Threads, noted that such occurrences have disrupted users' daily routines.

“Wassalam. I request @myrapidkl and @ministryoftransportmy @lokesiewfook to take note of this issue and find an immediate solution.

“It happens frequently, and it has disrupted the daily routine of the general public. We must be more sensitive and take action,” he said.
