YANGON, Oct 5 (Bernama-Xinhua) -- Myanmar has begun rotational power distribution to balance electricity consumption with available generation capacity amid rising demand ahead of the approaching dry season, according to the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, reported Xinhua.
