PETALING JAYA: Binastra Corporation Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM303.8 million contract from PTT Synexis Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTT Synergy Group Bhd, to undertake the construction of an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) warehouse facility in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.
The contract marks a significant milestone in Binastra’s business expansion strategy, providing the group with an opportunity to broaden its construction portfolio into specialised industrial infrastructure and strengthen its capabilities in delivering complex, technology-enabled warehouse facilities.
The scope of works awarded encompasses piling and construction of a single-storey ASRS warehouse with a mezzanine floor, a three-storey office building, two mechanical and electrical buildings, a five-storey car park, a container yard depot and other ancillary facilities.
