KOTA BARU: The female teacher who struck two Form One students, killing one of them, in front of the surau at SMK Tanjong Mas in April arrived at the Kota Baru courts complex.
The 57-year-old faces two charges under Section 304A of the Penal Code for causing death by negligence and Section 336 of the same Act for endangering life or personal safety.
It was reported that a Form One girl was killed while another was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle driven by the teacher in front of the school surau on April 12.
