KUALA LUMPUR: The Road Transport Department (RTD) will suspend the services of My E.G. Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Bhd, both under the MYEG Group, as its collection agents effective Oct 5.
RTD director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said the decision was made after taking into consideration compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement, as well as outstanding obligations that had yet to be fulfilled or resolved by the companies.
"RTD would like to inform that the services of My E.G. Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Bhd under the MYEG Group as collection agents on behalf of RTD will be suspended effective 12.01am, Oct 5," he said in a statement today.
Following the suspension, all RTD services previously offered through MYEG Group channels will also be suspended from Oct 5.
