JPJ suspends MyEG, Zetrix AI collection services from Oct 5

PUTRAJAYA, Oct 2: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will suspend services provided by MyEG Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI under the MYEG Group as its collection agents from 12.01am on Oct 5.

JPJ director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said the decision followed a review of compliance with the terms and conditions of their agreements and obligations that remained unfulfilled or unresolved.

“Accordingly, all JPJ services previously offered through MYEG Group channels will be suspended from that date.

“JPJ assures the public that its services will continue as usual through official and alternative channels,” he said in a statement today.
