TOKYO, Oct 20 (Bernama-Kyodo) -- Japanese Defence Minister Shinjiro Koizumi and his Malaysian counterpart Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin agreed Monday to strengthen maritime security cooperation, Kyodo News reported.
