PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has identified governance issues and weaknesses in the management of UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd following an investigation into losses incurred by the company.

MACC chief commissioner Abd Halim Aman said the commission would recommend measures to address the shortcomings.

"Although governance issues are not offences that can be prosecuted in court, the recommendations are intended to bring about improvements," he was quoted as saying by Bernama at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya today.
