PETALING JAYA: Three directors of an aerospace and aviation company pleaded not guilty at the magistrate's court to a charge of forging a document in connection with an alleged unauthorised share transfer.
Ahmad Suhaimi Abdul Halim, 44, Raja Shazreen Petra Raja Azman Shah, 32, and Mohamad Haziq Aiman Shamsudin, 28, were accused of dishonestly forging a share transfer form dated Feb 16.
The alleged offence took place on May 12 at PetraX5 Sdn Bhd at Residensi Cantra in Ara Damansara.
They entered their pleas after the charge was read out before magistrate Amira Sariaty Zainal.
