(Pexels pic)PETALING JAYA: Three company directors of an aerospace firm were charged at the magistrates' court here today with forging a share transfer form in May.
The three directors of Petra X5 Sdn Bhd – Ahmad Suhaimi Abdul Halim, 44; Raja Shazreen Petra Raja Azman Shah, 32; and Haziq Aiman Shamsuddin, 28 – claimed trial after the charge was read out to them before magistrate Amira Sariaty Zainal.
They are jointly accused of forging a share transfer form dated Feb 16, 2026, at PetraX5 Sdn Bhd’s office along Jalan PJU 1A/42B, Ara Damansara, on May 12.
