Bentong district acting police chief Azmi Mahmod said Saifulnizam Miskam, 32, was trapped inside a machine and had subsequently lost consciousness.
He said the case had been classified as a sudden death, and further investigations were ongoing to determine the cause and exact circumstances of the incident.
