KOTA KINABALU: The Court of Appeal here fixed Nov 12 to deliver its decision on the federal government's appeal concerning Sabah's 40 per cent revenue entitlement.
The panel comprising Datuk Azhahari Kamal Ramli, Datuk Ahmad Kamal Md Shahid and Datuk Amarjeet Singh Serjit Singh set the date after hearing arguments from all parties involved.
The panel said it needed more time to consider the submissions before delivering its decision.
The federal government is appealing against parts of the Kota Kinabalu High Court's grounds of judgment, including its finding that the federal and Sabah governments had abused their powers and breached their constitutional duties.
