KUALA LUMPUR: Prasarana auxiliary police have detained a suspect believed to be involved in cable theft along the MRT Kajang Line.
Rapid KL said the suspect was detained after allegedly trespassing on the tracks between Mutiara Damansara and Bandar Utama stations early today.
The incident occurred at 12.58am when the Kajang Line operations control centre received information that five people had been spotted running along the tracks.
Following a search, auxiliary police personnel detained a suspect at 1.25am by the roadside near Mutiara Damansara station.
