A 58-year-old driver was pulled to safety moments before his trailer cabin burst into flames following a crash along Jalan Pelabuhan Barat in Klang.
SHAH ALAM: A trailer driver was rescued moments before the vehicle caught fire after losing control and crashing into road dividers at KM11 of Jalan Pelabuhan Barat towards Klang early today.
South Klang police chief ACP Lim Jit Huey said the 58-year-old local man was pulled out of the vehicle before the fire intensified and taken to Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital, Klang for treatment.
He said the incident occurred at about 5.15 am when the trailer is believed to have lost control, struck the left road divider before veering off and crashing into the centre divider.
