DOHA: Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil is scheduled to take part in two ministerial-level forums today focusing on strengthening international cooperation in the development and future of the digital ecosystem.
The two events are the Ministerial Panel at Mobile World Congress (MWC) Doha 2026: Digital Leadership Forum and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-26) Ministerial Roundtable, both taking place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC).
Fahmi's participation in the two forums is among the key engagements of his working visit to Doha, where he is also leading the Malaysian delegation to ITU PP-26.
According to the official programme of the Malaysian delegation, Fahmi is scheduled to attend the MWC Doha 2026 welcome ceremony before joining a ministerial panel session titled "Accelerating Cooperation for a Connected Digital Future".
