AMD’s latest Adrenalin drivers were found to have listed three codenames: ATLite3, AT2, and Gainsborough, the latter potentially related to Valve’s unannounced Steam Deck 2. On that note, all three codenames do not currently belong to any known GPU at the moment.
Putting aside rumours pertaining to the Steam Deck 2, the ATLite3 entry could be Orion, the GPU codename that is slated for Sony’s next-generation PlayStation 6 (name not final). Leakster and dataminer Kepler_L2 also point out that the naming convention harkens back to AMD’s older naming scheme; the PS5 GPU first appeared as Navi10Lite during its development cycle, and many variations of the PS5 still bear the Navi designation.
