KOTA BARU: The Public Service Department (PSD) will await the Attorney-General's Chambers' (A-GC) decision before taking any action involving Malaysia Border Control and Protection Agency (MCBA) director-general Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain.
Public Service director-general Tan Sri Dr Wan Ahmad Dahlan Abdul Aziz, however, said the department could not comment further on the matter.
"Actually, the case involving Shuhaily has become a police case, and the police investigation has been referred to the A-GC.
"So, we will wait for the A-GC's decision first.
"I cannot comment further because it involves a police case, and the investigation papers have been submitted to the A-GC.
