PETALING JAYA: A teacher has been charged at the Kota Bharu sessions court with five counts of sexual assault against three 17-year-old male students.
Shafie Mohamad, 47, pleaded not guilty when all charges were read to him before judge Zulkifli Abllah, Harian Metro reported.
For the first to third charges, Shafie is accused of committing sexual assault and unnatural intercourse involving one of the students.
The offences were allegedly committed at a hotel in Kota Bharu and in the bedroom of a house in Kampung Tok Berlian, Bachok, in June last year and in April and Sept 17 this year.
