KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9 (Bernama) -- Guardian Malaysia has welcomed measures in Budget 2027 that recognise healthcare affordability as an essential part of the cost-of-living conversation, particularly the increase in the individual tax relief limit from RM9,000 to RM12,000 for the first time since 2010.
