PETALING JAYA: Radio Televisyen Malaysia will broadcast the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2026 live, allowing fans nationwide to enjoy the race, says Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

"I hope this live broadcast will give Malaysians in all corners of the country the opportunity to feel the thrill of world-class racing at Sepang International Circuit (SIC)," he said in a Facebook post today.

The race weekend, from Oct 2 to 4, marks F1’s return to Sepang after a nine-year hiatus following an agreement between F1, the International Automobile Federation and the governments of Malaysia and Bahrain.
