MUKAH, Oct 2: Mukah’s identity is being served on a plate at the Sarawakku Sayang (SKS) Programme, where Mukah Kitchen showcases a diverse spread of local delicacies, giving visitors a taste of the division’s distinctive culinary heritage and a different experience through its flavours.
According to a report by TVS, Sarawak Secretary Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki said the variety of local food showcased had made Mukah Kitchen one of the main attractions for visitors.
“Another attraction I see is the kitchen today, and the food is very interesting. There are many local recipes that we cannot find elsewhere,” he said when met by reporters after officiating at the pre-launch of Mukah Kitchen here today.
