(Bernama pic)PETALING JAYA: National mixed doubles pair Hoo Pang Ron-Lai Pei Jing continued their impressive run at the French Open today with a superb victory over German giant-killers Marvin Seidel-Nguyen Thuc Phuong to reach the semi-finals.
The Malaysians, ranked world No 31, overcame their 27th-ranked opponents 21-17, 20-22, 21-18 in 55 minutes at the World Tour Super 750 event at the Arena Grand Paris.
They will face either Denmark's world No 3 duo Mathias Christiansen-Alexandra Boje or China's world No. 6 pair Guo Xin Wai-Chen Fang Hui in the semi-finals tomorrow.
