(Bernama pic)PETALING JAYA: The haze cleared up in the Klang Valley today with the region enjoying moderate air quality as of 11am, although parts of Sarawak are experiencing worsening conditions.

Twelve areas reported unhealthy air pollutant index (API) readings, with the highest recorded in Serian (194), Sarawak. Other parts of the state with similar readings were Kuching (188), Samarahan (182) and Sri Aman (159).

Johor continued to report unhealthy air quality in Batu Pahat (156), Pasir Gudang (156), Kluang (154), Larkin (151) and Kota Tinggi (102).
