(Facebook pic)PETALING JAYA: Family members and supporters of Noorizwan Zulkefly will march to Parliament tomorrow to demand justice for his death in police custody and call for the immediate establishment of the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission.
The march, organised by Lawyers for Liberty (LFL), will involve Noorizwan's family and friends, civil society organisations, lawyers and concerned Malaysians, who will present a memorandum to MPs demanding accountability.
LFL director Rania Aljunied said the investigation had yet to be classified as murder under Section 302 of the Penal Code, and no police officer had been suspended or arrested more than three weeks after Noorizwan's death in police custody on Oct 1.
