SEREMBAN: The family of a Malaysia Border Control and Protection Agency (MCBA) officer believed to have been murdered by her husband has been urged to remain calm and let the legal process take its course.
The victim's elder brother, Amran Ibrahim, 59, said the family should not confront or quarrel with the suspect's relatives as it would not bring his youngest sister back.
"I ask the family to remain patient and not pick a fight with my brother-in-law's family. Let the police do their job and let the case be settled according to the law," he said.
Amran, whose sister Norhazwani Ibrahim, 35, was allegedly murdered by her husband at a unit near the KLIA Public Servants Housing Complex on Oct 15, said the family should accept what had happened and leave the matter to the courts.
