KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 4 — The Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon returned to the capital’s streets, drawing thousands of runners across multiple categories, with Kenyan athletes dominating the full marathon and Malaysian runners making their mark on home soil.
Ezekiel Kemboi led a Kenyan clean sweep of the men’s full marathon, crossing the line in 2:21:15, while Yeow Ni Jia topped the Malaysian men’s category in 2:33:52.
The results were announced by the Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon on social media.
