Nazir appeared at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya to accept the asset declaration notice on Oct 20 while Mubarak received the notice at his home.
MACC chief commissioner Abd Halim Aman confirmed the matter when contacted.
The anti-graft agency is investigating the brothers over alleged misappropriation of funds and abuse of power in an investment deal worth about RM10 million.
