AUTOGUARD Group Asia Pacific (APAC) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Indonesian Electric Vehicle Industry Association (Periklindo) to become its preferred electric vehicle (EV) warranty provider.

The agreement was formalised at the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Conference (PEVC) 2026 at Mövenpick Hotel Jakarta City Centre.

The partnership aims to develop EV warranty solutions as Indonesia's electric mobility market expands, with Autoguard targeting opportunities among vehicle manufacturers, importers and automotive aftersales providers.

Autoguard, which has its regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, opened its first dedicated APAC office earlier this year as part of its regional expansion.
