The world No 24 Malaysian pair took just 30 minutes to beat Hong Kong’s seventh-seeded pair Chan Yin Chak-Ng Tsz Yau 21-17, 21-17 in the World Tour Super 500 event at the Saarlandhalle Indoor Arena in Saarbrücken.
In tomorrow's last four match, Pang Ron-Pei Jing will meet either German pair Marvin Seidel-Nguyen Thuc Phuong or French duo Thom Gicquel-Delphine Delrue.
This is the fifth semi-final appearance at World Tour championships in five months for Pang Ron-Pei Jing, achieved within just 10 tournaments since the independent pair started playing together.
