(Bernama pic)PETALING JAYA: Barisan Nasional deputy chairman Mohamad Hasan was left frustrated after being barred from accompanying a candidate into a nomination centre in Alor Gajah for the Melaka state election.
Mohamad, also known as Tok Mat, had joined BN's Lendu candidate Abu Hakim Abdul Wahid at the nomination centre this morning but was barred by an Election Commission officer from entering, Utusan Malaysia reported.
In a heated exchange with the EC officer, Mohamad questioned why he was barred when he had a pass issued by the EC.
