PETALING JAYA: The Form 4 student who was murdered in a school at Yong Peng, Johor, on Saturday had died from blunt trauma to the head, say federal police.
Bukit Aman criminal investigation department chief M Kumar said this was confirmed by an autopsy held at Sultanah Nora Ismail Hospital in Batu Pahat yesterday.
In a statement, Kumar said police will ensure a holistic, transparent and professional investigation into the incident, adding that there will be no cover-up for any party.
"The motive and cause of the incident is still under investigation.
