KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 5 (Bernama) -- Good governance practices must continue to be upheld, while any form of unauthorised land encroachment must not be taken lightly as it could affect national planning and the interests of the people, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said.
